What changed

• Status bar items no longer wrap or collide into multiple rows when the window is narrow or sidebars are expanded. Word count, character count, and read time now use container queries to progressively hide secondary metrics, keeping the save state and recording indicators visible and aligned.

Ampersand updates itself in place, so you are probably already on a newer build than this one. If you are installing fresh, the download page always has the current release for macOS, Windows and Linux.
